These terms of use apply to The I-Setup ("Service Provider") and the Service Provider’s website, mobile apps, or other online services.

 

1. Payment and delivery: 

The Service Provider accepts the following payment methods as a minimum: Visa, MasterCard, Net banking, and UPI. You will not be charged any fees that affect the price offered through the Service Provider.

The amount is deducted prior to your purchased service, regardless of whether it is 1-2-1 Online Coaching or Group Coaching being delivered by email, in-person or online.

The Service Provider will never be able to withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase. 

Prices are quoted in INR.

 

With our online coaching packages, you are automatically signed up for payment through a third-party service. This means that an agreed-upon amount will be withdrawn in the agreed-upon fixation and the amount of time you are active. 

 

The Service Provider uses Razorpay leading payment system globally. Upon signup, the necessary details will be transmitted through the external use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. The encryption ensures a high level of security regarding unauthorized access to your information.

 

By accepting the terms as a client at the Service Provider, you grant permission to send instructions to the financial institution that issues your card in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

 

2. Our Services

We offer the below services through The I-Setup (the “Services”)

  • Online Coaching (Zoom / Google Meet)

  • Group Training (Zoom / Google Meet)

  • Off-Site Retreats


3. Refund Policy

  • The fees payable in respect of the products and services will be clearly communicated to you prior to the commencement of the Program.

  • Once you sign up and pay the requisite fees for the program, cancellation of the subscription is not allowed. 

  • Rescheduling of the subscription may be allowed at the service provider’s sole discretion.

  • There will be no refund on any of the subscription plans under any circumstances.

5. International Use

You shall comply with all foreign and local laws and regulations that apply to your use of our Coaching Programs or Products in whatever country you are physically located, including without limitation, consumer law, export control laws and regulations.
